Each tour includes curated company visits, expert briefings, business interpretation, within China premium transport, cultural activities, and on-site concierge support. Accommodation and meals can also be arranged upon request.

5. How much is the tour? Can I expense the tour as a business expense?

The tour is priced at 5,000 EUR per participant, net of VAT. Note that this price does not include your flight to and back from China.

Yes. Participants can classify the China Tech Tour as a business expense since it involves company visits, industry learning, and networking with potential partners or investors. Intercultural leadership training is on demand.

We provide official invoices and documentation outlining the business nature of the trip, which can be used for corporate or tax reporting purposes.Participants should confirm details with their company’s finance or tax advisor.

7. Do I need a visa to join the China Tech Tour?

Currently by end of 2026, China allows a 30-day visa free access for most EU citizens, applicable to short business visits.

If you need a visa for China visit, upon registration, our team provides an official invitation letter and guidance for your visa application.

8. Do you assist with translation and business etiquette?

Absolutely. Each group is accompanied by professional bilingual guides and business concierges who provide real-time translation, cultural briefings, and meeting support to ensure smooth communication.

Yes. We have it covered so that you can stay connected with all channels hustle-free.

10. How long are the tours?

Our flagship tours typically last 6-7 days, covering 3-4 cities and a mix of business and cultural activities. Custom tours can range from 5 to 10 days, depending on your objectives. Many participants also combine the tour with an exhibition visit or business trip, which we can also help to organise to make your China trip more smooth.

11. When is the best time to join?

We recommend planning your tour around major tech exhibitions or industry events in China (e.g., WAIC, CHTF, CITE), typically between March and November for optimal weather and business activity.
